We appreciate any kind of feedback you might have for us and guarantee a 48-hour response time [except for weekends, when this time may get extended to 72 hours]. We try to respond to all support requests within 2 business day. Official support hours are from 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday in the GMT+3 timezone.
